Please read these terms of service carefully before using Toolshed.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Toolshed ("Service"), operated by WorkersLab LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2 Service Provider

3 Use License

Permission is granted to use Toolshed for personal, non-commercial equipment sharing within your community. Under this license you may not:

  • modify or copy the materials for commercial purposes;
  • use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of intended community sharing;
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

4 User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your password and maintaining account security;
  • All activities that occur under your account;
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5 Equipment Sharing

Toolshed facilitates equipment sharing between community members. Users are responsible for:

  • Properly caring for borrowed equipment;
  • Returning equipment in the same condition it was received;
  • Reporting any damage or issues immediately to the equipment owner;
  • Following community guidelines and policies;
  • Resolving any disputes directly with other community members.

6 Payment Processing

Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy.

All subscription billing and payment-related inquiries should be directed through our support channels or handled directly through Lemon Squeezy's system.

7 Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: Can be cancelled at any time; no refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: 30-day money-back guarantee from purchase date
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

Equipment-Related Disputes

Toolshed facilitates equipment sharing but does not handle financial transactions between community members. Any disputes regarding equipment damage, deposits, or fees must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted to team@workerslab.com within the applicable timeframe. All refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

Note: Refunds are subject to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy and processing procedures. WorkersLab LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds for suspected fraudulent activity.

8 Third-Party Services

Our service uses the following third-party services:

  • Cloudflare: Content delivery network (CDN) and asset storage
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: CAPTCHA and bot protection for contact forms
  • Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing and subscription management

Each service has its own terms and privacy policies that you should review.

9 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WorkersLab LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Toolshed's service, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including breach of the Terms.

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
