Availability rules let you set blackout dates, maintenance windows, and priority periods for your equipment. For example, you can block certain equipment during club events or set member-only access periods.
How do maintenance schedules work?
Maintenance schedules help you track routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. You can set recurring maintenance tasks and the system will automatically block equipment during scheduled maintenance periods.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes! Plus and Premium plans include custom domain support. Instead of yourclub.rentalbot.com, you can use yourclub.com or equipment.yourclub.com.
What does complete customization include?
Complete customization (Premium only) removes all Rentalbot branding and lets you customize colors, logos, and styling to match your club's brand completely.
Is my data secure?
